That is why I’ve written this eBook, this eBook with a hundred-and-one hobby ideas, activity ideas and some advice on how to stay healthy, fit and energetic in order to make and/or keep your life fun and exciting.
Some tips are perfect for women, others are perfect for men, but a lot of them are perfect for both and I am sure there is something for everyone. Maybe you already do, or have done, some of the things listed in this eBook, but a lot may be new to you. So plenty of ideas and opportunities for you.

The first two tips may sound motherly, but what's more important than your health? Exactly...! Because the leading cause of death in the western world is cardiovascular disease, it is important to maintain a healthy diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains. Limit your alcohol consumption to the recommended daily limit. Watch your blood pressure and cholesterol level and try not to smoke. This doesn't mean you should never eat a nice steak or a cheese pizza again, but moderation is the key; reduce the consumption of high fat and high sugar foods to a healthy level. Don't eliminate them from your diet entirely, because the food you like contribute to the quality of your life. So enjoy a steak once in a while, but keep it healthy. Back to top
