Lesson 1: The false power of Ego
I'm starving myself
To look good enough
About to unveil on my show
Saying it’s about weight
Unaware it’s my ego
Look at me now
Size 10 jeans
Round my waist
I look like I belong
But my spirit’s displaced
When I pull this wagon out
They will all see I’ve won
I believe
So unaware
Of what I’ve really done
But then I become still
At home in my bed
All the crazy thoughts
Of staying thin
Running through my head
What was accomplished
Did I meet my goal
Did I help
Other's spirits
Did I feed my own soul
I realized
In that moment
That all I had done
Was given in to my ego
My false self had won
Because instead of
Being true to my needs
My ego was hungry
I continued to feed
Just like the man
Who thinks its okay
To abuse his wife
Take her dignity away
Because he has money
Women and fame
He can curse her
Beat her
Call her out her name
Then he wakes up one day
Ashamed and so low
This woman he loved
He'd hurt so much
Serving his EGO
He apologizes
Forgives himself
Makes amends
As best he can
For in becoming aware
Of who he truly was
Was the day he became
A MAN
So to anyone who
Believes in fact
Self worth is what
They are or own
Trapped
Inside their EGO self
Until true self is known
Lesson 2: Letting Go of Anger
Oh Beautiful
Understand I know
How angry you are
But you have to
Let Go
Yes he betrayed you
Lied from the start
But you gave him
The Power
You gave him
Your heart
Nobody chooses to be
Straight or Gay
They chose to love
They were born
That way
If you choose
To carry baggage
Of anger and hate
You chose to suffer
And the pain
Will be great
It’s not about
Acceptance of what
He did to you
It’s about realizing
To thine self
Be true
It’s about
Coming to terms
With pain of the past
Forgiving trespasses
So the lesson
Will not last
So move on
Let go
Lay your ego
To rest
Take back your
Power to give
Of your life
Of yourself
Lesson 3: You become what you believe
My name
Of no consequence
My path
You need not know
My words
You pay attention to
My lines
You'll need to grow
First imagine
All you want
Don't be shy
Call out the amount
Then say what
You plan to do
Be specific
Have no doubt
Believe have faith
Walk down the road
Nothing will
Stand in your way
Write down
When you plan
To attain it
Be exact about the day
Now do this
One little thing
Be Purposeful
With your plans
Review your list daily
This is the secret
Life will meet your demands
Think and Grow Rich
Start Now
Move quick
Be consistent
In thought
This will do the trick
You have but merely
To Conceive
Whatever you
Desire bad enough
You will receive
One Thing
I must caution you
This can work
In Reverse
If you believe
It cannot be
You're aiming
For the worse
Whatever is in
Your heart
And Mind
Is what is
Sure to appear
Erase those doubts
I beg of you
You’re subconscious
Will read it
As Fear
Now you have
The recipe
All wish they knew
You become
What you believe
And
Dreams really do
Come true.....
Lesson 4: The truth will set you free
Please don't hate me
For what I must do
I have to start
Right here right now
With telling you
The TRUTH
Yes I look like
Other Girls
Yes I'm funny
As hell
