Before we go into our 12 ways to swoon our mates, let’s first give you a little explanation about the layout of these pages.

There will naturally be a title to our pre-swoon recipe

There will be a section called conditions. This box will give you information that will help you determine the best conditions this exercise should be performed:

Weather: This will indicate the best possible weather condition to maximize the benefits of the exercise. Naturally you would not want to have a walk through the park on a rainy day at 22 degrees.

Time of day: This indicates the best time of day to perform your exercise. If you are doing an exercise that requires candles surely a greater ambiance can be created at night than during the day.

Average Price: Simply put this gives you an idea of how much if any it should cost you to do the exercise

Intensity of relationship: Here is where it gets a little tricky. The intensity will be determined by a scale of hearts. One heart meaning “least intense” and five hearts means the “most intense.” You want to be careful which exercises you do for your mate. If you are dating and you have known the person for 1 week it may not be a good idea to do a five heart exercise for you will either scare them away or it may just be too intense to do for someone you barely know. The intensity rate will also determine how soon you would like to perform your exercise. You may not want to do an intensity five exercise first because your mate will probably expect more next time or you will run out of the potential swoon you could have built had you did the lower intensity exercises first. Furthermore, it is through the lower intensity exercises you will determine their reactions and how they handle such attention. You don’t want the wrong reaction on an intensity five exercise by simply trying to over-swoon your mate. Yes, you can over-swoon a person.

You will also know if the exercise is more appealing for a male or a female so you can maximize the “swoonage.”
