Being informed of the standards terrorists use has a definite security application and is otherwise good common knowledge for the government and its people to have; increasing their diligence. In such a spirit of prevention and precaution, this text illustrates the security concerns trained Al-Queda members potentially have.
Al-Queda is careful to fortify the minds of its agents by making allusions towards God (as Allah), and quoting irresolvable differences with America. Stating that the U.S. will not listen to reason or debate, signifying prospective Al-Quida members are estimated to be sent towards religious, Christian areas in America; where they would have a trivial argument over an issue that is obvious, such would allow the ringleaders to show just how valid their claim of irresolvable differences is. After the incident the ringleader demanding money or action from the participants is assured while the confirmed agent remains and avoids further contact. You must expect member ringleaders to be clever in their methods, despite having enemy intentions. Wealthy potential contributor members of Al-Queda would be expected sent towards business arrangements to engage in such transactions, or those in which the US counterpart needlessly damages the deal; such causes people to be afflicted, or laughs about such etc… The kinds of behaviour that would cause the visiting royalty to come back home and give 4 times the amount the contract was worth towards the Al-Quida movement.
