Sit down. You are not going to believe this technique. It’s so simple and effective, you’ll wonder why you’ve never heard of it before.
It has to do with the way you think.
Don’t worry, there’s no voodoo involved. The technique is something even a child can do.
Want to get THIN and stay THIN ? O.K. Let’s start. First, I’m going to teach you something about your thought processes.
Try this: Try to think two thoughts at once.
Try it. This is one of the secrets to this system.
You can’t think two thoughts at once, can you?
If you are convinced that you cannot think two thoughts at the same time, then you have already mastered one of the two principles of this system. Nice going! You’ll soon be convinced that you will be THIN in no time.
If you believe you cannot think two thoughts at the same time, as hard as you might try, -then you are ready to consider something else that you can do - but never thought of trying. Later for that.
By the way, it’s true. Nobody can think two thoughts at the same time.
You might ask, “Would it be unhealthy to lose ten, twenty, or thirty pounds?”
Don’t worry; this system has nothing to do with being or getting unhealthy. If fact, you are probably in somewhat of an unhealthy state if you are not as thin as you think you ought to be.
You’ll soon be THIN. Listen up.
This is not one of those boring regimes where you eat certain foods or avoid certain foods, count calories, etc. And this system certainly has nothing to do with grueling exercises. You’re free to do ‘workouts’ but we both know, used exercise machines are for sale everywhere. So are unused health club memberships. They’re both, well, just a lot of plain work. This system has nothing to do with sweat and stinky t-shirts. Smile!
Not at all. You should aim for how THIN you were at your high school graduation. If you were healthy and slim then, there’s no reason you shouldn’t be healthy and slim now.
Are there any special attributes you should have?
Sure. You should have a willingness to try something new. Even though you have not succeeded at getting THIN in the past.
You should have a willingness to stick with the plan I will show you. But that won’t be difficult, because once you think your way to THIN, you’ll want to stay THIN, once you learn how easy it is to stay that way.
This is a self-perpetuating system. Get THIN. Stay THIN.
The best part is that you can eat any healthy food you want to eat (just like you did in high school) and there’s no dieting, no special meals to cook, and no voodoo. The secret is in the THINKing.
I will explain.
You might be asking, “Can I become THIN if I am obese?”
I don’t know. I’ve never shared this system with anyone that heavy.
The people I’ve shared Think Your Way To Thin with are usually men and women (and sometimes minors) who are ten, twenty pounds over weight, -maybe thirty. .. and want to stay at a lower number on the scale, each day.
So let’s start.
BEGONE: NEGATIVE THINKING
With the exception of Mother Teresa and some fictional character you remember from a novel you once read, humans spend the majority of their time thinking negative thoughts. It’s universal. No matter what the country. No matter what the culture. It’s something we have inherited from our fear-ridden ancestors living in caves and threatened by the elements and the beasts snarling and sniffing at the door. Modern man has pretty well figured out how to eliminate the exterior threats off in the distance or around the corner, but the interior battles, well, that’s another challenge. Negative thinking abounds in our society.
Journalists, novelists, television newscasters, (if it bleeds it leads), movie producers, and other dispensers of information know that disaster, adversity, tragedies, anything with a negative twist to it, will help sell their products and advertisements.
