<explanation of 3-1>
1.おはよう/Ohayou : Good morning.
おはよう is the greeting word used in the morning. You can use this word to your family,friends.
The polite expression is made by attaching "ございます/gozaimasu" at the end(=おはようございます/Ohayo gozaimasu).
You need to use "おはようございます" for your teachers,seniors or superiors.

こんにちは / Konnichiwa (Hello)
こんばんは / Konbanwa (Good evening)
おやすみなさい / Oyasumi nasai (Good night)
さようなら / Sayounara (Good bye)
*These 4words can be used as both polite and casual ways.
You CAN NOT put "ございます/gozaimasu" after these words.
e.g.
×:さようならございます/sayounara gozaimasu
2.~の時間(じかん)ですよ。 / ~no jikan desu yo. (It's time for+noun)
朝(あさ)ごはんの時間(じかん)ですよ。
/ ASA GOHAN no jikan desu yo. (It's time for BREAKFAST.)

昼(ひる)ごはん / hiru gohan (lunch)
晩(ばん)ごはん / ban gohan (supper)
