In today’s business world, we usually see bosses who command their employees to adhere to specific rules, while they themselves break these rules and do whatever they wish.
There might be a boss who expects everybody to stay late and work in the office while he/she leaves by 5 p.m. Or there might be a technical supervisor who has blocked various websites and Internet software for the staff but privately uses them for his/her own joy in the office.
We have all met such people at some stage in life who do exactly the opposite of what they preach. In an organization, such behaviour exhibited by superiors can severely damage the morale of employees. You need to be a perfect leader who can motivate and not demoralize his staff.
