Since the beginning of time, and there was a time when time did not exist, but that's another story. Since the beginning of time, humans have looked to the heavens and contemplated their existence. Of course, their contemplated gods were not the same gods of today's modern world, but they were sufficient for the times and in a way, closer to the truth than you are today.
In the beginning there was a new and exciting world to behold, and even though by today's standards, those first humans would be considered primitive natives, still they sensed that something caused all that surrounded them. And this has been the way ever since those heady days of first creation.
In a way, early mankind was closer to a true understanding about the nature of that which you refer to as God. The belief in a god-like figure is not unique to the physical Earth. There are other alien civilizations inhabiting alien reality systems on alien planets, and in all, even the most advanced, there are remnants of belief in the God concepts.
Of course, the most advanced intelligence gestalts that span many reality systems are far more along than you in their understanding of the God concept or the God enigma, which may be more appropriate. We will be introducing you to concepts that are truly beyond any comprehensive understanding, but nevertheless, that does not mean we cannot get a feel for the immense expansiveness of that which you call God.
Let me make it clear, there is only so much you or I can understand within the limitations we are all saddled with due to the ability of the human brain to understand concepts that do not originate within this universe. That shouldn't be too hard to understand, since even the scientists of the most prestigious universities, do not understand how the universe began.
We all operate within our own limitations at any given time, but those limitations are expanding, that is the way of the evolution of consciousness.
There is a way to get around some of those inherent limitations of the physical brain and its logical approach to analyzing physical facts, and that is to first understand that facts follow beliefs. I realize that may sound strange since it seems to the rational thinking human brain that it would be just the opposite.
I do not claim to understand everything there is to know about God, and I think I can speak for everyone on earth at this time. There are very ancient, advanced, mature identities, personalities of such intellectual and psychological development that you or I would not even understand their being. At that level, there is an understanding of what we shall call the God Gestalt concept.
God is everything. Period!
There, now I have explained it all, in a rather simplistic way, I am sure, but I think, if we start with that statement and enlarge on it, keeping it in mind, we can cover much ground.
The problem with trying to explain something as complex as the God reality is a daunting task in itself, but to try to explain to someone who has been taught something entirely different for their whole life is a monumental chore. It would be better bring about some kind of cosmic amnesia and wipe out all previous memory of what you have been taught about God.
I must tell you, if you have a picture of God painted on black velvet hanging in your bedroom, it's not really God, (smiling). If you really want to know what God is, where God lives, what God looks like, then you must at least for the present time, set aside your previous closely held beliefs and stretch your brain. Let your feelings and intuitions take over where the brain fails, and you will do well
You are privy to much knowledge that you are not aware of. Have you ever had the feeling that you know something, which you really don't have any practical knowledge of? If you said yes, that's because you do. You exist in a pyramid of consciousness, which I call the God Gestalt (illustrated below),
The God Gestalt pyramid should give you some sense of how this whole "God Thing" works, and we will be discussing in some detail. I wanted you to be able to see and keep it in mind, as we talk about this God presence in the next chapters.
Basically, everything that exists is part of something else, that something else being a consciousness of a higher, more advanced state of being. God or as I prefer, All That Is, is of course at the top of the pyramid, and within His scope of perception, looks into all realities that exist, not in just your world, but in countless other worlds.
From this, you can see that we are talking here of unfathomable intellectual development. God is not a personality in your common use of the word; God is an Energy Essence Prime Identity, there is none other.
The good news is that you simply cannot be apart from All That Is any more than you can strip out a thought out of your mind, it is an unseen part of you as God is an unseen part of you. I realize that this is an oversimplification, and some will take offense that I even suggest it, but it is impossible for you to be separated from All That Is.
I am not suggesting divinity in your case or in the case of anything or anyone else existing within and under the scope of All That Is, but you cannot deny that within your being there is a spark of God's creative touch. Do what you may; you are always protected, even though it may not seem to you on the surface.
There exists a great chasm of understanding here that must be overcome in order for you to truly get a glimpse of the immense reality of the one true God. Unfortunately, most people at this time were weaned on simple tales meant for children, in an evolutionary sense, but you must now step beyond those comforting tales of gods who part waters, protects the righteous and punish the wicked.
The true reality of even the Soul would put your commonly held concept of God to shame. In an evolutionary sense, ranking just on abilities alone, the god you envisioned in the past, could not hold a candle to the state of development and maturity of the Soul.
The Soul then, would be considered Godlike, and so you see what we are up against here. The God I would tell you about is beyond anything that can be explained and can never be totally understood from the position of Earth reality, but there is much we do know, and that must be communicated.
In another oversimplification, which incidentally, I am quite good at, if I must say so, myself, imagine trying to explain the conceptual mathematical equations of Einstein's relativity to a child in kindergarten, and in this case the chasm is far deeper.
CHAPTER 1 - THE ETERNAL JOURNEY
As many of you know by now, I sometimes write multiple articles about the same or similar subjects, hoping to approach some almost impossible to understand concepts in a different light and from a new slant, giving an ever increasing, deeper perspective on varied aspects of reality.
If some topics that I touch on seem repetitive, it is only because I receive more questions on some subjects more than others, and usually they are subjects that are very difficult for you to understand and from my end, more difficult to explain what I do know.
If these matters were easy to explain there would not be so many people lost in the wilderness of ignorance, following false beliefs, false prophets and false doctrine about very important subjects. If you are wondering what benefit it is to learn about what we discuss here, it is because you will not always be what you are today and where you are today, as you are even now progressing even though that rate of progression has been painfully slow in the past.
Let me make it perfectly clear that there is nothing inherently wrong about being where you are today, except for the one small thing, your life will get immeasurably better the more you know about your true nature and your heretofore unknown abilities.
You were not meant to dwell in the shadows of knowledge forever, foundering in a sea of ignorance of even the smallest realities that surround you in a very intimate way. The acquisition of knowledge happens even if it happens by accident, and it is impossible to remain intellectually ignorant, mired in myth and superstition that is supposed to be dispensed with as you grow into adulthood.
You probably have never even considered the one rule that we will be dealing with throughout these books, and that is the one universal truth; you get what you concentrate on and expect.
This is one of the rules that operate the same in your universe, other universes, planes and dimensions, including the dream universe and the dimension that may be most important to you, the plane that you will enter into after physical death.
You actually create your physical reality the same way whether you are alive, asleep or dead. You create physical reality in much the same way as you create your dream reality and the reality you will experience after you die, with one main exception, that the final but temporary image construction is of a different type of construction.
The most important benefit in your life today is that when you really begin to understand the fact that you create your reality is not some Pollyanna metaphysical gibberish, but an actual truth and when fully understood and implemented in your daily activities, can bring about astounding improvements in your life.
