Oh you proud and slender snake,
People so oft, make the mistake,
You are not cold and slippery slimy,
And you are never ever grimy,
You are warm and very smooth,
With each shed, your size does improve,
You are never a threat to man,
You are meek and mild, as a lamb,
And the thing that you do best,
Is get rid of rodent pest,
