One cold December morning the silence of the forest was disturbed by the putt-putt-puttter of John's truck. John was a woodcutter looking for Christmas trees to cut down so he could sell them in the city.

The truck puttered along until it was deep within the beautiful winter forest.

Before long, John stopped his truck and looked around at the forest. The trees were so beautiful. "What great Christmas trees these will make," thought John. "What great prices they will bring from the people in the city."
