The Apartment Complex
Heidi
I moved into my apartment shortly after my divorce was settled. I had found a room when my ex and I separated but with the divorce becoming final I decided to move into more comfortable accommodations. The complex was good sized but felt small with several buildings each with eight units featuring a mix of two and three bedroom apartments. It was not overly new which helped keep the costs down but has may of the comforts that many newer complexes had like a workout room, pool, clubhouse and plenty of parking. Being located between the university and the business district the complex attracted a variety of people from student, young professionals to retirees who don’t want the trouble a house entails. In the time since I moved into the apartment to start my new life post divorce I have met many very special people with special talents that I wish to share with you, my readers.
I am 52 years old but have been graced with genes that help me pass for about 10 years younger. I am tall, about 6’6 and a little overweight but working to loose the belly. I was married for over 20 years and have one son. While I was married for a long time it became apparent to both my ex and I that we were not compatible and it would be better for both of us to go our separate ways. My infidelities and habits plus her anger issues and frigidity did not help matters any. We went through a pretty painless divorce and remain friends for the sake of our son but there is little emotional attachment between the two of us anymore. I work as a corporate trainer that puts me on the road from time to time but lately has kept me close to home.
Being divorced can be a lonely existence if you let it become one. I have found, however, if you are nice, friendly and helpful to people they are the same back to you and surprises come back to you from time to time. I have made several friendships that have blossomed into mutually satisfying non binding relationships where we both get some of our needs met and have fun doing so. My relationship with Rebecca is one such friendship.
It started by my seeing that she and her roommate Heidi needed help moving into the complex and I freely gave them the help without conditions or expectations. Over the next several days I helped them out with several other things as they got settled and was rewarded by Rebecca with a wonderful evening of mutually satisfying sex. She felt the need and I helped her fulfill her need. Over the time after that we have gotten together once or twice every couple weeks. We might meet at my place or hers as her roommate was almost never home.
Rebecca’s roommate Heidi was close to graduating and spent most of her time on campus studying and practicing her music. Her degree was in music plus education and she had a couple projects due that required a lot of time to complete. She rarely said anything to me on the few times we met and always seemed aloof and preoccupied.
Heidi was a cute girl, smaller, about 5’2 and of slight build. She had short strawberry blonde hair and wore small square glasses that gave her a scholarly look. Rebecca said she had become overly focused on her school work so she could graduate before the end of the summer, about a year early, in order to make her family happy. They were very performance oriented and expected high grade at all times from Heidi and she feared the disgrace that failure, however slight, would bring.
