Your penis is not a separate entity from your body; it is part of your body. So if you are in poor health you should not expect your penis to be in any better health than the rest of your body.

Don’t like to eat your veggies? How about downing them in a freshly squeezed juice drink? Do not drink canned juices if you can avoid them. Canning and processing robs fruits and vegetables of their essential nutrients and robs you of the penis-enhancing power you seek.
Make sure you get a high quality protein every day. This includes fish, chicken and egg whites. Red meat, an excellent source of protein AND cholesterol, should be limited to 1-4 serving as month.
