License Agreement
"100 Verses for Hand Crafted Greeting Cards Volume I" is intended for small businesses making their own cards to sell at craft fairs, market stalls or their own/local retail outlets, but NOT for the purposes of mass production.
Anyone found to be printing the verses onto mass-produced cards could face prosecution by the author under this license agreement.
For the purpose of this book, mass production can be defined as:
the production of 2000 cards or more, containing the same verse (whether printed onto an identical design or several designs), over a 1 month period
the production of 500 cards or more containing the same verse (whether printed onto an identical design or several designs) in one production run
any number of cards, of any variety of design, being produced with the intention of being distributed to 20 or more retail outlets within a one month period
mass production of cards as part of a franchise, to be distributed to franchisees
Retailers wishing to buy larger quantities of '100 Verses for Hand Crafted Greeting Cards - Volume I' are agreeing to purchase the book at a wholesale price with the sole intention of selling the book to customers at the recommended retail price.
