The amount of weight you will lose in the 14 days of this diet can vary due to a person's metabolism, exercise and their desire to follow this plan exactly. It is possible to take off a large amount of weight, as I know of dieters who have shed up to 21 pounds in the first 7 days while on this eating plan. If you seem to be losing weight too quickly in the beginning, eat a little more of the allowed foods.


A reasonable weight loss goal would be to lose up to 14 pounds for the full 14 days on this weight loss plan. You are going to be restricting your calories by huge amounts during these 14 days. Remember this isn't just a weight loss plan but a plan to cleanse the body fully by the end of the 14 days allowed on the diet. Also remember that this diet is not a life-style diet. In other words, you are only going to be on this diet for 14 days, preferably twice a year. So don't get discouraged thinking you are going to have to eat this way the rest of your life, even though I do think the foods listed in the diet are delicious and nutritious and can be included in any healthy diet plan.


A good idea would be to weigh in on the first day of your diet, and weigh everyday thereafter at the same time. The best time to have your weigh in will be in the morning before having anything to eat or drink. Keep a daily chart of your weight and compare each day's weigh-in carefully to monitor your weight loss.


Also take a picture of yourself preferable in the nude, but if not, put on a bathing suit the day you begin this weight loss cleansing diet. View yourself carefully and notice any areas that you want to lose the most weight. Especially notice the fat pockets that may have planted themselves to your beautiful body. This is the fat that you want melted away during this 14-day fat melting diet.


Now, take a close up look at your face in a magnifying mirror. Write down anything you notice such as fat, wrinkles, moles and etc. This is very important as you are going to do the same thing at the end of your 14-day diet to note any positive changes that have occurred after your cleansing diet. Take a close up picture of your face and neck. You will want to do the same thing after the 14 days to compare the wonderful changes that have taken place after you have cleansed your body.
