8 Cups Pure Spring Water

½ Cup Pure Unsweetened Cranberry Juice

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a clear glass pitcher; cover and refrigerate.


Cucumber Fat Flush Water I

2 Organic Cucumbers

8 Cups Pure Spring Water


Using a juice extractor, juice the cucumbers and strain through cheesecloth. Mix together with the water, cover and refrigerate overnight.

2 Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced

Iced Tea Fat Flush

10 Cups Pure Spring Water or Green Tea

1 Orange; Peeled, De-Seeded and Sliced

1 Red Delicious Apple, Cored and Sliced With Peeling Left On

1 Green Apple, Cored and Sliced With Peeling Left On

2 Lemons, Sliced With Peeling Left On

Ice Cubes Made With Pure Spring Water


In the morning, place all ingredients in a 3 gallon glass beverage dispenser. Drink throughout the day.


Orange and Mint Fat Flush Tea

8 Cups Fresh Brewed Tea

1 Orange; Peeled, De-Seeded and Sliced

Fresh Mint


Mix ingredients together and pour into a clear glass pitcher; cover and refrigerate.


Orange Fat Flush Water

7 Cups Pure Spring Water

1 Orange; Peeled, De-Seeded and Sliced
