3 Pound Pork Roast
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup 0 Carb Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the roast in a large cooking bag. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over your roast. Seal the bag and cut 3 slits on top of the bag. Bake for 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 hours.
Delicious Addition
* Add minced garlic for 1 carb per clove!
* Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder for 1.7 carbs!
1 Rack Baby Back Ribs
1 Bottle Walden Farms 0 Carb Honey BBQ Sauce
0 Carb Brown Sugar To Taste
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
Pepper To Taste
Cut the rack of ribs into 3 pieces and place into a large Ziploc bag. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, pour into the bag with the ribs. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight, turning often. Fire up your charcoal barbeque grill by putting the charcoal on one side of the barbecue. Place the ribs on the other side of the grill. Grill for 3-4 hours basting every so often with the marinade.
12 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
8 Slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
1/2 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise Or To Taste
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Delicious Addition
* Add 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish for a trace of carbs!
0 Carb Bacon And Chicken Omelette
3 Large Eggs
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Bacon Slices, Crumbled
1/4 Cup Cooked Chicken, Chopped
In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a small omelette pan to medium and pour in the egg mixture. As the eggs cook, lift the edges and let the uncooked portion flow underneath. When cooked to desired consistency, place the bacon and chicken on half of your omelette and fold over. Serve immediately.
1 Whole Chicken
1 Stick Butter, Softened
Salt, Pepper And Paprika To Taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse your chicken well and then rub all over with the butter. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and place in your baking pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking another 45 minutes.
Delicious Addition
* Add minced garlic for 1 carb per clove!
* Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder for 1.7 carbs!
* Add 1 teaspoon of rosemary for .8 carbs!
0 Carb Baked Parmesan Flounder
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
4 Flounder Filets
Salt And Pepper To Taste
0 Carb Parmesan Cheese To Taste, Grated
Delicious Addition
* Add minced garlic for 1 carb per clove!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the butter in a baking dish. Season the fish with salt and pepper on each side. Place filets in butter and then turn over. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes to desired doneness.
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Package 0 Carb Franks, Sliced
1 Jar 0 Carb Walden Farms Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
0 Carb Brown Sugar To Taste
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the oil to medium-high and brown the franks on all sides. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
6 Center Cut Pork Chops
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 Bottle Walden Farms 0 Carb BBQ Sauce
Liquid Smoke To Taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the butter in a baking pan. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, place in your pan and turn. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork chops and sprinkle with the Liquid Smoke. Bake for 1 hour until desired doneness.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the butter in a baking pan. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika; place in your pan and turn. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork chops and sprinkle with the Liquid Smoke. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, uncover and continue baking another 45 minutes.
