Salt, Pepper And Garlic Powder To Taste
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
4 Cups 0 Carb Chicken Broth
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Package 0 Carb Miracle Noodle Angel Hair Pasta
Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper and garlic. Heat the oils in a large soup pot over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Stir in the chicken broth, ginger, vinegar and soy sauce; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour. Meanwhile rinse the angel hair pasta very well and par boil for 1 minute. Stir in the angel hair pasta and continue to simmer 15 minutes.
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Pounds Pork Shoulder, Cubed
8 Cups 0 Carb Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Jar 0 Carb Orange Fruit Spread
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
0 Carb Sweetener To Taste
Salt, Pepper And Garlic Powder To Taste
Heat the oil to medium-high in a large soup pot and brown the pork on all sides. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours.
8 Cups 0 Carb Chicken Broth
1 Package Miracle Noodle 0 Carb Orzo, Rinsed Very Well
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Lemon Flavoring
1 Tablespoon Cold Water
Salt And Pepper To Taste
In a large soup pot bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the orzo and continue to cook 3-4 minutes. In a small bowl beat the eggs until frothy add the lemon flavoring and 1cold water. To make sure the eggs don’t curdle, slowly stir in a couple ladlefuls of the hot chicken stock. Return this mixture to the pot, stir well and turn to low. Season with the salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Delicious Additions
*Use the juice of 1 lemon instead of flavoring for 4 carbs.
1 Pound Bacon, Chopped
4 Cups 0 Carb Beef Broth
1 Jar 0 Carb Marinara Sauce
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder And Onion Powder To Taste
In a large soup pot, fry the bacon until very crisp. Stir in the beef broth, marinara sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40-50 minutes.
