DEDICATION



This book was not even in my thought process until one day when I was checking my email and there was a comment from a long time client of mine and his comment was that he recently saw a bunch of videos on the web on how to change up his workouts so he could keep growing and stop plateauing. I had known him when I had worked at another health spa but had left so we had lost contact until that email. His comment made me laugh because the last sentence said so master trainer since you are a flowing fountain of information, what do you recommend to help me with my upper body? Now do not get me wrong Andrew in no way, shape or form is small. In fact he is what most would call a freak of nature with his bulk and overall lean muscle mass. The guy is a beast and eats like a monster all the right foods and trains more than most people I know. Trying to do a body fat analysis on him was no easy task. The only thing you were pinching was muscle and hair but no fat and so vascular it was incredible. So when I got an email from him asking for my advice I was inspired to begin writing a book about advanced body building and advanced techniques.

When you walk into most book stores you notice a ton of books dedicated to the beginner or novice but not one dedicated to people who have made this a lifestyle and just keep on plateauing because they have tried it all. On the other hand there are tons of magazines out there but the problem becomes that most are just another advertisement to sell yet another supplement. So Andrew Randolph and all of you that want that extra lean mass and bulk this book is hereby dedicated to you. Hope you enjoy it !
