Prologue

love is in the air

Season for Love

what season is this

when hearts bloom

like flowers in spring

how to spell

how to best express

this enthralling feeling

where magical essences surround

vibrant petals chorus

nature’s fragrances blend

and the river is on its way

to unite with glorious sea

all seem to be embraced with love

where it begins for him

Think I’m in Love

why does my heart

beat more furious

like drums of war

whenever I see you

why does my blood

flow much faster

up to my head and all over

every time you’re near

whatever it is about you

I can’t stop thinking

till I find a way

or what I should say

I’m in such need

can’t wait to admit

I think I’m in love

it’s none other but you

how do I find out

if you love me too

she’s trapped

A Sweet Trap

our eyes meet

across the space

my heartbeat

stumbles in its pace

your fixed gaze

truly profound

I’m left in daze

simply spellbound

undercurrent flows

oblivious to others

whole being aglow

in unrestrained ardour

two hearts wrapped

by unseen blanket

of a sweet love trap

as strong as a magnet

what should he do?

She Smiles

roses are red

violets are blue

not one I’ve met

as beautiful as you

the things I wish to say

could be just as easy

but we’ve passed the stage
