Editor’s Note
In this book, you will notice Quinn’s use of unusual punctuation marks and paragraph spacing. These marks convey a stronger sense of the flow of the words than the usual periods and question marks. For example, an ellipsis (…) conveys a continued train of thought, an asterisk (*) indicates the end of an idea, and more expressive symbols (`*`) indicate a particularly meaningful statement. Every deviation from the “standard” is intentional.
When commentary is provided, a link marked (AC Commentary) is provided at the end of the text. Clicking the number before the comment will take you back to the text. If reference material is provided in the bibliography, a link to this appears at the end of the comment. Health has been a really important aspect of my life for many years~
I am the sort of person who feels that if I can’t climb a mountain barefoot, I am not in good enough shape. If I cannot climb any tree, with or without branches, I am not in my ideal body. If I don't have the balance and flexibility to do a yoga pose on demand, I am out of shape. But health is different for everybody—what really matters is what we really want for our bodies and what kind of a body we really want to have. All of us are capable`*`
Our bodies are highly capable, designed in perfection~*~
Yet our bodies are subject to the environment they live in, and that environment is dictated by the consciousness within that body~
A
body will not be healthy if it is abused, denied, forsaken….
One
must ask one’s self…. What type of body feels good?
It matters not how old you are or how overweight you are…. The body is always capable of dramatic shift when truly honored in intimate communion~*~
The question is, How important is well-being…. For thrival is an option`*`
Our cells are constantly regenerating. Cells are regenerating based on our DNA code, and our DNA code is just memory~
Memory in this aspect could be looked at as genetics, as hereditary traits, or simply as experience in this current body~
When children are born, they are born with traits based on the genetics of their ancestors.... While this appears to be a scientific thing and is somewhat observable by science, this too has all to do with energetics~
The energetics of creation dictate the growing of this child—not only in the womb, but in childhood and beyond*
Because two people are coming together to activate the reality of pregnancy, these people involved are transferring energetic consciousness to this new being~
Also, because people live with so much attachment and ideas, they are also carrying energetics from their ancestors, consciously or not*
This
is quite obvious in the vast difference between races, cultures, and
classes~
Even being accustomed to having money, coming from
wealth, affects greatly one’s perception of life and plays out in
very unconscious ways in generations of family members.... These
energetics are transferred and play out in many ways, consciously or
not*
In many ways this can be seen as beneficial.... For this could be seen as evolution.... Each generation evolving and adapting to be more capable, abundant, or skilled in the experience of life~
Yet in many ways it is just limitation.... For the possibility exists to be Pure Potential, thus existing in Infinite Potential~
Outside of the New Paradigm, this seems difficult to grasp, yet in the New Paradigm anything else seems ridiculous*
~~~~~
The combination of words that come through me to communicate that which is possible in conscious living is what I refer to as the New Paradigm*
This actually has nothing to do with “old” or “new,” for time does not actually exist in the New Paradigm~
New basically means potential…. Paradigm of potential, consciousness based on infinite potential*
The basic difference between Old Paradigm and New Paradigm is that in the Old Paradigm (which is the vast majority of the human population), one is living from ideas and beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad, true and false, etc*
In the New Paradigm, one realizes that right and wrong, good and bad, true and false are simply ideas that shape experience, nothing more* Even ideas that are “good,” powerful, or evolved are limitations in comparison to pure potential`*`
In the New Paradigm, one lives from a place of moment-to-moment presence with what is, while in connection with divine source…. Aware that what is, is because of perception, filter, operating system~
Thus, reality, truth, and life are not absolute but relative, and thus are subject to change*
See, in the Old Paradigm, because people believe in right or wrong, good or bad, true or false as absolutes, there is much limitation of what is possible and also much suffering that comes from this experience of contrast*
In another book, I write in focus about the New Paradigm, so will not go into full exploration here*
~~~~~
There is no need to perceive this with any judgment; simply explore it for what it is*
Perception, too, (while less measured/studied by science) is a very hereditary trait.... It is common for prejudice, belief, and even interest to carry on throughout generations of families. Conversely, children also develop traits and interests which are consciously in contrast to those of their parents. This too is a form of conditioning based on environment*
Either
way, it is the perception of the parents
that dictates a vast
majority of a child’s perspective~*~
For example, a child growing up in a fisherman’s family is very unlikely to be vegetarian, let alone believe that eating fish is bad. Yet there are thousands of people, such as vegetarians or vegans, in this world who not only do not eat fish, but may also believe it is bad and even wrong*
There is nothing more true or untrue about either perspective, yet they are experienced as truth, which is subject to perception, influenced by the environment people grow up in~
People are so conditioned, and conditioning is so normal, that it is playing out in life unconsciously*
So in many ways, conditioning is just becoming more and more limiting, and is so normal that it is not even seen as conditioning*
Because everything is energy and it’s all in alignment, it is actually the energetics, perception, and consciousness that are most affecting a child’s development and manifesting in their physical experience*
If a child is born to two parents who are not athletically inclined, nor do they care about rigorous physical activity, most likely this child will also be lacking in athletic ability and/or focus~
Science or study could say that it is the genetics of this family that are dictating a child being born in such a physical condition. Yet it is actually the energetic consciousness that is dictating this and that which we call “genetics” are really physical manifestations of energetics*
So when there is an energetic shift, evolution happens… meaning this child could be born to such parents, but, because of exposure to athletes, sports, or beings of great physical strength, may decide that he or she does not want to be like his or her parents but instead be like the athletes….
Because of this choice the child would develop on a daily basis based on conscious focus.... The focus would be that instead of being like one’s parents, one wants to be like the athletes and would thus be partaking in physical activities all day instead of whatever the parents deem as important*
Then the physical body of this child is going to develop based on the constant demand of rigorous, physical activity, which, over time, is going to be much different than that of the parents. This evolution is taking place because of conscious energetics. In nature, evolution is taking place because of shifts in physical environment. This may be because of a natural disaster, or gradual environmental change~
Either way, because of a new environment, one manifests new skills, abilities, and physical functions in response to those environmental changes in order to survive. In nature, this has been documented as evolution based on necessity for survival, or the evolution is dictating the survival. So, evolution is dictating survival of not only species, but also of individuals`*`
In
humanity, evolution or survival is also influenced by environment and
the will to survive. Conscious or not, this is unfolding in simple
ways, such as the powerful choice of whether to be or not to be like
one’s parents.
Now, when it comes to New Paradigm
consciousness, conscious
evolution
is possible`*`
When the core energetic operating system shifts, then the body can completely transform into new form~*~
For DNA is just the unconscious blueprint from which the body is existing.... And the DNA is written by energetic consciousness~
So as energetic operating system shifts, so too does the DNA—and then the physical transformation takes place*
The degree of operating system shift will dictate the physical transformation that takes place, dramatic or not*
A lot of people have the idea that aging is normal. Aging does not have to be normal~
`*`You don’t have to age`*`
It is actually a disease. We are not all going to choose to live without aging. Yet it is possible`*`
Until you believe that something is possible, there is no way it is ever going to exist for you. For me, living in a body of thrival, a body that need not get sick or decrease in ability over time, is something I am choosing right now. I can’t say at some point that I won’t want to leave this body. I can’t say at some point that I won’t want to experiment with a frail older body. Yet right now, I like being strong and fast. I like having lots of energy*
Things change, but what is important is right now`*`
If being alive and thriving are important to me, then I will be alive and thrive for as long as this is true~*~
For me, health is not about food or diet or supplements or exercise. It is not about anything except my relationship with my body. I feel like, for me, my body is a close friend, but it is not actually me`*`
To really enjoy a beneficial and powerful relationship with my body, I have to respect and honor it. I treat my body like a best friend or a life partner. I listen to my body. I honor my body’s desires and needs. I don’t have rules, I eat what I want to eat, and I do what I want to do~*~
Because thrival is important to me, what I want is in alignment with thrival`*`
The
huge problem that most humans have with their health
is that
there is no true intimate communion with their bodies~'~
They are not eating based on an intuitive connection or even based on what is ideal for the body*
People are eating out of hunger, eating to stimulate taste buds, eating from craving… addiction… often simply just to consume*
Even those who are choosing a “healthy” diet are choosing this based on information coming from outside the self…. They go to doctors, they read health and fitness magazines, they even pay attention to the list of nutritional values that have been “fortified” into their boxed cereals….
This will never be optimal, for the only optimal solution for thrival is to truly know and commune with your body*
Thrival is a word of possibility in contrast to survival~
It has appeared for a very long time that humans have been surviving and actually attempting to survive*
Surviving
is easy in conscious empowerment and certainly
not worth settling
for, when aware of the possibility of thrival~*~
Thrival can be experienced in any aspect of life when one is conscious, responsible, and aware of infinite possibility. Thrival in relationship to health and to me is this~
Not only do I need not get sick or be at risk of disease, I am stronger each day. Instead of aging, I am activating and fine-tuning my body to be more capable of everything that is important to me~*~
I have come from the experience of being a sickly child to being essentially a prime example of physical well-being by consciously embracing a continually upgrading energetic of thrival*
Because I do not settle for the physical condition of those around me, because I do not listen to doctors or books about what health is, I am continually polishing my body in optimal thrival*
For it is only self—one’s ideas of the world and of what is possible—that limits potential~
For the universe is infinitely expansive—it is only the filter of perception that limits experience~*~
Many aspects of importance are here to explore~
If
we are not enjoying ourselves, no matter how much we have,
no
matter what we do, no matter who we are with,
everything is
unfulfilling*
Without enjoyment, without fulfillment, life does not feel worth living. I gave up the world of ideas and things, choosing instead to focus on feelings, because it is feelings that dictate experience and true fulfillment. Our feelings dictate the level of fulfillment and gratefulness in the experience of this life~*~
That being said, fulfillment is far different than pleasure…. One may get pleasure in drinking alcohol or doing drugs… having sex or driving a fast car….
It is not to say that these things cannot be fulfilling. But most of the time, these experiences are based on disconnection rather than connection….
For when one is truly connected, one needs nothing, for one is then aware of connection to everything~*~
With this liberation, this freedom, actually comes true embrace and empowerment~*~
It is important to be conscious of what feels good and bad, not only because it is wise to consciously embrace that which does feel good, but also because it is important to be aware of that which does not feel good….
For alcoholics “feel good” when drinking, yet it is the drinking that simultaneously contributes to so much suffering…. Or a pedophile…. The pedophile wants to have sexual relations with children and thus it “feels good” to engage such a reality….
Yet this desire is coming from a place of disconnection to begin with, and thus is actually a perpetuation of suffering….
Now resistance is not the answer, for that which you resist persists….
Divine dichotomy…. The paradox is the essential understanding for such shift*
When applied to health and eating, one may desire alcohol, candy, sodas, salty snacks, or other such processed nutritionless foods….
So on one hand it is important to embrace and engage that which “feels good,” yet it is also essential to look at this and ask, Why am I ok with a body that gets sick?
Why am I ok with a body that is overweight? Why am I ok with a body that cannot play with my kids all day long without being exhausted???
Why do I have disease?…. Why is it not important to me to have a thriving body?
It
is not a divine law
or rule that one
must have a sculpted, energized body of beautiful physique….
Yet
from a place of true love and honor of the body, this is natural….
So if this is not
the case, the only true matter of significance is that one is not
in love or intimate communion with one’s body and self*
I could give health advice all day and night…. I could write 20 books on the various dynamics of the physical aspects of health in the vast spectrum of ways it plays out in the vast spectrum of types of people and living situations around the world….
Yet all of that would be a limitation to the true power that is being shared here…. This is the holy grail, this is the magic carpet…. The doorway of light that goes beyond physical dynamics, rules, supposed to’s, have to’s, right and wrong, good and bad, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, man, woman, etc….
If one tunes in to the energetics being shared here, all the thousands and thousands of pages I could write on the dynamics of health will not be needed at all, for one will have true understanding of thrival consciousness, thus having no need for the specifics of physical information~*~
For one will be able to have a true relationship with one’s body and self and thus be in awareness of the specific physical dynamics of ideal diet and physical lifestyle for thrival`*`
Also, if one were to read every book on health that one could find, if one is paying attention to purely scientific or factual information on how protein works or carbs work or calories work or bodies work, one will be coming from a place of great limitation. More information will not really help, for one is still coming from Old Paradigm energetics*
Whereas if one comes from the true place of energetic consciousness in connection with source/self, the physical information will not even be necessary, for one will be in connection on a moment-to-moment basis with what the body wants for thrival…. The ideal foods, drinks, exercises, breaths, etc., will just be understood through connection with body and self~
Yet, simultaneously we all are where we are…. We only have access to what we have access to…. It is not beneficial to attempt, try, or strive to be like me or achieve any level of being that another has embodied…. Yet it is beneficial to explore and observe that which others have to share and provide an example of, and wise to embrace inspiration as it presents itself*
I
mention in this writing various things like exercise or raw foods,
and I mention them because they are very obvious “healthy”
things. If it is easier to explore health from an Old Paradigm
perspective, then that is what is ideal at the time~
This writing
is not meant as a bible, as a law or rule book; this book is not
holding space for a system or formula~
This
book is designed to explore possibility,
to push the envelope of
consciousness,
to share infinite potential~,(*),~
Again, we all are where we are and while it is possible to, in a moment, make a shift from Old Paradigm to New Paradigm, it is not likely~
So it may be of more benefit to simply consciously take note of these writings and embrace the inspiration yet to still explore realities of potential upgrade that are based in the physical*
It is quite possible that being addicted to food, drugs, or alcohol could limit the upgrade potential for New Paradigm consciousness. Thus by simply letting go of such things, far more potential is now available to explore consciousness~
Yet even though this may appear to be a purely physical approach to physical upgrade, it is actually still an energetic shift that is manifesting in physical form~
For one must choose and embrace such a change as giving up a food, drug, or drink and also choose to engage another…. Because of this conscious choice, physical change manifests…. So by becoming aware of this, one can realize how one is ALLways existing in energetics. Without an awareness of this, there is no ability to operate from this consciousness*
So again, we all are where we are and what is essential is to consciously embrace that which feels like upgrade—whatever it is—rather than try to model an idea, even an idea as highly evolved as New Paradigm consciousness~*~
In relativity to this book on the subject of health, New Paradigm versus Old Paradigm plays out like so~
If
someone already believes that sickness, allergies,
or aging is
normal, then there is no other possibility but this
to unfold in
one’s experience….
This is Old Paradigm playing out in
perfection~,~
Whereas in the New Paradigm, one would be aware that perception, filter, belief, and operating system are shaping physical experience and the manifestation of one’s body, and thus would explore possibility of what feels good while letting go of what does not~*~
Example being, if one has allergies, is getting sick and is experiencing degradation of physical ability, and this does not feel good, one must be ready to let go of this as absolute truth in favor of an alternative reality, such as a reality that is healthy, free of allergy, sickness, and physical degradation. It is not about instantaneous physical transformation, it is about conscious awareness that current perspective is dictating what is, and perspective of what is possible must shift in order for the experience of what is to transform*
Aging, sickness, and allergies do not have to be normal or part of one’s experience, yet can still exist as possibility*
Everything
that can be imagined and
that which has not yet been imagined is
possible~;~
In the New Paradigm, one knows that anything is possible, and thus is pushing the envelope, fine-tuning experience on a moment-to-moment basis*
One is not striving for health to please another, or to be accepted or even revered, but is aligning with thrival because it feels good, because it is important~
What is important to note in this particular exploration of health is that this is written from New Paradigm perspective, and thus is based on a totally different operating system than the vast majority of books, information, research, and belief about that which is health*
It is for this reason that I have an admired and well-respected MD with massive amounts of education and experience sharing with me in this writing. Adrienne serves as a bridge of New Paradigm operating system to Old Paradigm operating system, so that this information, which is radical or maybe even unbelievable, can be explored and potentially grasped….
Adrienne is essentially a translator of New Paradigm consciousness~
When this is integrated, one is free of shame, guilt, and even judgment of others and self*
For
without right or wrong, good or bad
as the basis for experience,
one is liberated to simply be~;~
Now
this does not mean that everything is equal, even though it
is~
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
For in infinite perspective, everything is equal, is all connected, and there is actually no separation of anything at all.… Yet without contrast and separation, experience does not even exist*
So within the human experience is the essential of contrast and separation, even though in infinite perspective it doesn't even exist…. Simply being aware of this while playing within it is the key to thrival*
This is only important because being a human comes with feelings of experience…. Even if right and wrong do not exist, humans are experiencing feeling good and feeling bad~
Feeling good and feeling bad still exist in the New Paradigm, yet one is free of suffering because as soon as one feels “bad,” one can simply be aware, take responsibility, and consider infinite possibility*
Thus
in one breath,
one is able to flow in effortless fluidity
from
feeling “bad” to feeling “good”*
This is not possible however with beliefs of right or wrong and good or bad, for even if one feels “good,” one is likely suffering from judgment, shame, guilt, or some other experience stemming from ideas and beliefs*
I mention this so that people who are sick, overweight, ugly, or diseased are aware that there is no judgment here~
There is no pressure to change or even to want to change~
This is simply an exploration of possibility…. I am simply sharing how energetics play out in physical experience and how integration of New Paradigm energetics in regards to health are activated~*~
One can do whatever one wants with this. It is all OK`*`
Everything is in alignment and it is all part of it, for without any aspect of the world that is currently part of the whole, the experience would be different~
So the question again is not what is right but what feels good…. One has a body…. One can honor, respect, and exist with the body in intimate communion, rejoicing in the true divine vessel that is….
Or one can deny this…. Abuse this…. Ignore this…. Numb this….
The
body is designed to be sustainable,
to take care of itself in
thrival effortlessly~`,`~
So one can embrace this energetic as important or not…. Yet it is not because of good or bad, right or wrong…. It is simply what is….
I do not care if someone is healthy or sick... in thrival or disease…. I offer anyone who is ready the opportunity of thrival, yet if one wants to deny this, so be it*
I am not here to judge or tell someone that they should be healthy or that it is even important….
Just that it is important to me and that the opportunity exists for everyone just as it does for me~*~
Adrienne’s Commentary
Quinn invited me to provide commentary on this book to serve as a bridge between old paradigm and new paradigm understandings of health. I have been thoroughly immersed in the old paradigm; I rushed through high school and college so that I could quickly achieve my lifelong goal of becoming a physician. I left my public high school, where I was at the top of my class, at age 15 and started taking college courses as part of an accelerated program. I entered college as a freshman, but graduated with honors, with a Bachelor of Science degree after only two years because of the credits I earned previously. I earned my doctor of medicine degree at age 23, and chose to practice medicine and surgery as a urologist. I learned a great deal during my training that I feel has helped me relieve suffering, but I also saw the extensive limits of the traditional Western medicine approach to health. Western medicine focuses on disease and relieving this, and has made great strides in some areas, such as trauma. At the same time, chronic disease is worse now than it has ever been and people are far from thriving. Many of the most common ailments we see are treated with a band-aid of drugs or surgery, and the possibility of a true cure is never even entertained.
I have spent countless hours working in research laboratories, writing research papers, reading medical journals. I have edited the proceedings of a year-long consensus by numerous international experts on bladder cancer. I understand how science and medicine are interrelated and how this approach spans across the world. I also understand its limitations and biases.
During my training, I recognized that something was missing. In my attempts to find treatments that I feel good about, that I truly feel help people, I have found some of the missing pieces. I’ve had extensive consultations with naturopathic physicians and other practitioners of integrative health care. I have found the overlooked articles in the medical literature about natural remedies. I have embarked on self-education to learn how to apply treatments other than drugs or surgery to my patients when appropriate, and continue to work to integrate my practice to include all healing modalities that have the potential to truly help people regain control of their lives.
Although this integrative approach does relieve more suffering than the standard approach in which I was trained, a more critical piece is missing. Even with an integrative approach, treatments are still being applied to the problem, rather than seeking an explanation for why the problem occurred in the first place. This cannot truly be done by a physician, or by anyone other than the patient, which is why visiting a physician is not the ultimate path to health.
What Quinn shares is the answer. Everything that we experience in regards to health, disease, and the treatments we choose for it come down to the underlying ideas and beliefs we have about ourselves. Getting to the root of this, to the core, is the true path to health. This does not require the assistance of an outside consultant, but comes from within.
My goal in this book is to provide the perspective of someone who has always viewed health and life from the typical Western medical model. I hope to serve as a bridge between the understanding most of us have of health and how this can be related to the true underlying issues and used to accelerate healing and thrival.

Chapter 1: Operating System Upgrades

A
brief history of how I developed this relationship with my body, my
health.
Before I was born, my parents were both well-educated with
higher education degrees and holding well-paid, respected jobs~
They had been together for 12 years before I was born, and up until my mother’s pregnancy, they did not want to have children nor did they plan to~
Yet very shortly before her pregnancy, my mother’s internal clock, as she says, kicked in, and every time that she would see a child, she would tear up with emotion*
She knew she had to have a child and this became a daily focus of her attention~
My mother was a researcher by trade but also by nature…. So as she became pregnant, she began to research pregnancy and childbirth in many forms, reading tens of books and talking to people with experience*
What came to clarity for her was not only that it was going to be far more enjoyable to have a home birth, but that it was also much safer even by statistics*
Because midwifery was illegal in the state where I was born, she was able to find a male doctor who agreed to support her in this off the record*
Even up until right before my birth, from my parents’ perspective it was still likely that my mother would go back to work, which would put me in day care and school and on a path very similar to most Americans~
Yet as my mother gave birth in her home, fully present, her life was changed, and she had her Awakening*
The
revelation that was very clear for her was that this child
in her
arms was Pure Potential, was born pure potential
into her world,
which was full of fear, doubt, limitation, lack,
suffering,
control, manipulation, shame, guilt, judgment, war,
and more that
does not feel good`*`
In this revelation, she realized that, because of this, she had nothing to teach this child and everything to remember from this child~*~
She was not sure how this would play out, but she was sure of her true importance, she was sure she was not going back to work, and that I would not be going to day care or school unless, that is, I chose this path for myself*
She
went to my father in her full power and communicated this revelation,
saying that there was no compromise in this and that he could choose
to be on board or not~
He chose to be on board and was a true
full-on support for our family and still is until this day~
Because
of my mother’s revelation, I had a relatively freedom-based
environment in which to self-design my life~
Because of this, I
was not subject to nearly as much conditioning as the vast majority
of the world*
Yet even with this, I have experienced some hardship and suffering living in this world~
When I was a child, I was very prone to sickness. Once a year or so I would develop pneumonia, and my lungs would fill up with phlegm, and basically I would be stuck on the couch and out of breath, and this would last a few days. Just getting up to go to the bathroom was very difficult….
By the time I would get to the bathroom, I would be so out of breath that I would have to spend a couple of minutes catching my breath before I even used the bathroom. There was a pattern: a cold would start, it would escalate, ending with pneumonia and shortness of breath, and would take a month or so for me to recover. This was quite normal for me for many years*
I actually chose to go to school from 8th to 11th grade and played sports. Baseball, football, and other activities were part of daily life~
I was really small…. I weighed 100 pounds at ages 15 and 16. So during the team work-outs, I worked extra hard lifting weights to build muscle. I was dedicated with passion and focus. But working out so hard is stressful on the body, and I would get sick more often…. So I would work out hard, then again my body would get really sick and I’d be sick for about a month~
While
being sick, I wouldn’t be able to lift weights or work out very
hard at all for a long time so would lose all that I had been
building.
Weight lifting is very stressful on the body and while
it can potentially have some benefits, it is not an ideal form of
exercise in most cases*
When I was about 16, I met some people who were into alternatives and also vegans. I went for a visit. They were the first vegans I had really been around. They were into superfoods and supplements such as spirulina. So I started eating their way and took it back home with me, and actually I felt like it was the supplements that got me on track~
Spirulina was one, and I still take it now and love it. It is a whole food of pure nutrients…. Thus there are no empty calories, and it is not really a supplement but a superfood. Not only is it highly nutritious, but the utilization factor of the nutrients in spirulina are extraordinary*
In many foods there are “nutrients,” but the body cannot utilize them in an efficient way…. For example, spinach has lots of iron but the format it is in is not very utilizable by the body. The same thing is true with protein in beef…. There is a lot of protein, but only about 10% of it can actually be utilized…. Thus 90% of what is being eaten is just waste for the body to process* (AC Commentary 1)
Similarly, most protein supplements,
such as soy or whey protein are almost not utilizable by the body at
all and are actually stressing
the body more than helping it*
It is important to also note that
the protein concern most humans seem to have is a myth* (AC
Commentary 2)
The
body does not need
protein…. The body actually can’t
use protein.... What the body uses is amino acids, which protein
can be broken down
into....
So the body must break
down most
protein into amino acids, then utilize the nutrients*
However a food such as spirulina is already in amino acid form; thus, no digestion work is needed and a very high utilization factor is`*`
So even foods such as fruit, which have very low protein contents, often have amino acids, which are almost purely absorbable.... Thus eating 20 pieces of fruit a day could potentially yield more than enough amino acids…. Now this of course is relative to many factors such as body type, lifestyle, climate, and quality of fruit* (AC Commentary 3)
I like to use the example of horses.... They are a very large and very strong animal.... Yet all they eat is grasses.... They are not eating nor worrying about high protein content foods, yet their muscle mass is massive*
Same thing in the dinosaur period.... The biggest animals were all vegetarians....
Now I am not suggesting that a T. rex could eat veggies and survive, so it is possible that there are humans in this world who truly need meat, though I think it is very rare... especially when eating superfoods such as hemp seeds and spirulina*
The other life-changing supplement I began using at this time was a hydrogen electron supplement, negatively charged. With the addition of these supplements and superfoods and a modified diet, I was able to lift weights and feel better... thus highly accelerating my passion for health and also the evolution of my health awareness. I am now essentially immune to sickness and have only been sick once in 11 years—just recently after pushing the envelope as far as I ever have*

I haven’t yet met someone who is healthier than me. Pretty much everyone I know still gets sick at least once every couple of years with a cold or virus of some kind*
