WHEN WE’RE TOGETHER
I’ve sailed the high seas for you...
for your kiss…
for your love.
The barriers of time…
the ice melts when you touch my hand.
The frozen waterfalls of my soul flow with laughter.
The storms of diversity disintegrate when we’re together.
The ancient ruins become whole when we lean against the wall and kiss.

NAKED WINE
Life is a fine wine.
A dance…
A song…
A tingle of joy.
Like standing under a waterfall of wine,
naked with your friends,
sharing a handful of wine amongst each other,
and drinking the delights of life.
Friendship and laughter…
Laughter… yes…
Ah… don’t forget the laughter.
For good wine is always followed by the sounds of laughter.
WHEN YOU SMILE
Love is when you smile
the way you smile at me.
Love is when you hold my hand,
and kiss me when we’re on a hike,
or when we snuggle in the wee hours of the night.
Love is the first night we kissed
when the Universe placed you on my path.
Love is when you tended to me when I was sick.
Love is when we lay naked side by side
touching each others breath,
listening to one another’s words.
Love is friendship,
and the space between us…
is filled with emotions untold.
I open to you…
my heart,
my trust,
and my book of loneliness is burnt to ashes
in the flames of our love.
I like to listen to you talk,
every word you speak,
and I am closer to your soul.
YOUR THOUGHTS
I can feel your light in the night,
and in the dawn of day your radiance is still at play.
Oh how your light reflects my insight.
Deep into the hours of the day,
like a bottomless glass of water…when your away,
I can feel your emotions unfolding…
and taste your soul as you fill my heart with you love.
BEACH OF MY SOUL
I stand before the eyes of my soul and shout…
let go of fear,
anger,
and pain.
I take a few deep breaths to calm my body.
Moments later as I sit here all alone,
I metaphorically pass through my eyes,
the windows to my soul.
I begin to leave my earthly cares behind,
and find myself going deep within.
As I continue to let go of my earthly thoughts,
knowing of course… they’ll be here on my return.
I find myself going even deeper into the center of my mind,
my kingdom within.
The words letting go… echo my soul.
I embrace my kingdom,
and like a coat of armor I’m protected by the white light,
the creators love.
I reach the center and find myself in a field of grass.
I sit upon a blanket of many colors.
Here I am calm within calmness.
Peace within peace…
My thoughts are like a wave vanishing into the sand on an empty beach.
Glimmering white translucent angels gathering around me.
As I sit on the beach of my soul and meditate,
