What others are saying about the OpusLux DNAScan System

I suffered from horrible migraines since I was 10 years old and was tired of spending a good part of my life heavily medicated and sequestered in a darkened room.

I was blown away with how accurate and insightful the Opus Lux DNAScan was and how easy it was for me to apply the changes I needed to make in order to heal my Self.

Never before had I considered that I could simply change how I talk to myself internally and my migraines would be gone. I have a new lease on life and am thrilled to know that I can fully participate in all of my family’s activities.

Christa gave me the tools I needed to heal much more than just my physical body. I emerged empowered, inspired and enlightened. Thank you!

Christopher, Kona

Christa is AWESOME! I have used her services for everything from curing my chocolate allergy to releasing old beliefs. Christa is extremely gifted in her ability to channel pure source energy and focus it right on you so precisely that every cell in your body feels cleared and uplifted. I love it!!

Amie Richie

My allergies to flower, tree and grass pollen left me with a sore throat, excessive sneezing and itchy eyes and the medication to alleviate the symptoms caused dizziness and feeling numb. My symptoms started to clear immediately after the treatment and I can hike and roll in the grass with my dog! I am stunned at the quick results and highly recommend Christa's unique approach.”

Judy, San Luis Obispo

I began seeing Christa over 8 months ago after I was diagnosed with an autoimmune liver disease. My traditional doctors prescribed me medicine with the indication that I may have to continue taking this medicine for the rest of my life. Since I was only 20 years old, something inside me would not let myself commit to changing my life in this way. So, on a whim, I listened to a friend's advice and scheduled an appointment with Christa. However skeptical I may have been, with each appointment I truly began to feel better inside and out, in every way possible, spiritually, emotionally and physically. All my remaining doubts left as three months after my first meeting, my blood tests showed extreme improvements in my auto-immune levels, without
taking any sort of medicine or supplements whatsoever. It is absolutely amazing to me what Christa has helped me accomplish in my life. She truly helped me get in touch with myself, something I always wanted to do, but didn't really know how to do, and this had led to many positive changes in my health, attitude and energy. It is scary to think of the direction my life would have headed without the guidance and healing wisdom of Christa Pacheco, and I will be forever thankful for her aid in my healing process.

Shannon Brown, San Luis Obispo

I have been going to Christa for about 7 years now, and I am so very grateful to have her in my life. It’s hard for words to fully express all that she has done for me, taught me, and empowered with. She is always so kind, accepting and will never judge you, no matter what it is that you have to share. She has been a continued support system, and a friend, for me throughout the years, and I couldn’t adore her more. Every time we have a session, I feel so rejuvenated, and I am ready to take on the world. I have a chronic jaw and neck pain that no doctor has ever been able to fully explain. I have been all over the state to specialists and to every different type of doctor under the sun, with no success. I have had 3 (unnecessary) root canals, and was about to undergo surgery. Christa helped me “peel the layers off” and get down to the real problem. It has to be fixed internally, not with external medicine. She has truly helped me, and really provokes you to think for yourself, which in turn gives you the tools to heal yourself. She is incredibly intuitive, patient, and smart and I highly recommend trying her out, you won’t regret letting this beautiful soul into your life. Love you Christa!

A peaceful world

Great compassion makes a peaceful heart.

A peaceful heart makes a peaceful person.
A peaceful person makes a peaceful family.
A peaceful family makes a peaceful community.
A peaceful community makes a peaceful nation.
A peaceful nation makes a peaceful world.”

~ Chapter 1: Natural Healing ~

I see rejection in my skin, worry in my cancers, bitterness and hate in my aching joints. I failed to take care of my mind, and so my body now goes to the hospital.
- Astrid Alauda -

Disease, illness, pain and the appearance of the physical body are a direct result of our state of mind, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual manifestation. Treat your physical body as your temple and use the full capacity of your mental ability. Express your emotions in a sensitive way and listen to the small still voice within. This allows your spirit to fully expand and you get to live your life on Earth with purpose and to its full potential.

Balance is everything. When balance is restored our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and wellbeing is guaranteed. A melding of Yin and Yang, the Female and Male is the secret to a long, healthy, abundant, and joyful life.

It is truly exiting to witness the potential of living as who we really are, and leaving behind the times of suffering and pain. Following are some examples on how our physical being manifested itself through our mental dialogue, emotional expression or lack of it, paying attention to our spiritual needs, or ignorance of it and who we really are because of it.

General Metaphysical causes:

Since 1200 B.C. Chinese academics of various schools have focused on the observable laws of the Universe. Traditional Chinese medicine sees the human body as a small Universe with complete and interconnected systems who work in balance to maintain a healthy function. The balance of yin and yang, the flow of chi, the distribution of bodily fluids, the correlating emotions, the Soul or spirit between the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical bodies have been well documented and go as far as the 5th century B.C. Here lie the roots to the knowledge that each organ holds a specific emotion. These insights are the same today as they were over 3000 years ago, and when integrated into contemporary medicine, have a phenomenal effect on the speed with which you can heal your Self.

In the Greek and Roman culture, between ca. 460 B.C. - 370 B.C., Hippocrates and his followers combined natural medicines, science and philosophy to explain and heal the physical body from illness and disease. They were the first in Western culture to connect emotions caused by mental imbalance to physiological or pathological disorders. Despite this advance, classical medical thought saw the emotional factor as unimportant and developed an approach to understand the nature of complex systems by reducing them to the interaction of their individual parts

Paracelsus was a Swiss born physician, who lived from 1493 to 1541 and whom many called the father of modern medicine. He insisted on a holistic approach, rather than focusing on the single part that was diseased and pioneered the use of chemicals and minerals in medicine. By the 19th century, disorders of the nervous system were linked to emotional causes and had become a major area of medical study.

In the first half of the 20th century, Carl Jung, who was a Swiss psychologist, and the founder of analytical psychology, introduced concepts of Archetypes, the Collective Unconscious, the Complex and Synchronicity. He was well aware of the mind-body connection and his insights heavily influenced many of those who emphasize the integration of the spiritual, emotional and mental bodies as important factors of our physical well-being in modern Energy Medicine. Today, Rapid eye technology uses Carl Jung’s chart of the physical body parts and its related belief systems to alleviate disease and psychological imbalances.

The book “The Science of Mind” by Ernest Holmes was one of the first books published for Western Eyes, which contained information listing psychological and physical problems, the emotions or thought patterns that caused them, and a conclusion on what the individual could change to heal the imbalance. Holmes’ book became successful in 1938 and is a classic still in print.

Ken Dychtwald’s book “Bodymind” was published in 1977. It was based on the concept that the physical body cannot be separated from our thoughts and emotions. In 1984 Louise Hay brought “You Can Heal Your Life” which contained a list with a reference guide, detailing the mental causes of physical ailments and positive thought patterns, to reverse illness and create health, to a Western audience hungry for the resurrection of this ancient philosophy.

The following list of examples, are general guidelines. They are a compilation of careful observations in my own practice, personal insights gained through meditation, commonly agreed on knowledge of the meridian and chakra systems recorded throughout history, and from many contributors who are not mentioned above. Generations of healers have used similar information and it was fun to bring it to the next evolution.
